Sadly my garmin device has crapped the bed
Thinking about getting a polar, but no GPS to track distance with that..Does anyone else use a garmin or other GPS type device to track mileage??

I believe that this belongs to next week but did my first 13.1 today. My first official half marathon is two weeks from today but wanted to go the distance and see how long it took. It took me two and a half hours but the course was a hard one with several steep hills. I hope to knock 15 minutes off of that on the real half marathon.

sad to say ive done 0 this week -_- ... my goal is to run at least 1 mile everyday this week. and 2 miles on the days im off. so 11 miles total hopefully!0

I agree with this, pre-map the course with Endomondo or mapmy run, then simply time your run with any device, that should do the trick... I am a fan of endomondo myself but I also use runkeeper....0 -

12/01/08 - 7 miles. It was supposed to be yesterday but I was feeling under the weather.

5 recovery miles today, so my month to date is: 1/1 - 15.2; 1/2 - 5; 1/6 - 8; 1/8 - 12 and 1/9 - 5 for a total of 45.2. Spreadsheet looks good!0

My mileage for week one was 27.6 .. then I added a 6 mile run today which is where my total of 33.6 is for the month0

Looks like I wasn't very clear for my milage. 5 miles on the 1st, 16 miles last week for 21 miles total as of yesterday. I'll try to post weekly and cumulative to keep it clear from here on, sorry about that and thanks for taking this on0
