Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Loved last week and lost two pounds doing it! Putting my goal up just a bit.

How do you figure out how many calories you burned?0

I burned that much today alone.
25 minutes cyccling 20mph
10 minutes stairmaster
40 minutes sauna
walk 1 mile throwing 20lb medicine ball
jog 1 mile throwing 20 lb medicine ball
Arm curls
Tricep curls
Shoulder press
Dumbbell Butterflies
Medicine ball toss--8 lb ball, 3 minutes x 5 times.

Hi, everyone! I did a challenge very similar to this in May of last year. I'll start my goal at 3500 and see where that leads me. Since starting school, I don't have much time to exercise - or at least that's what I thought. But last week, I worked out after school. I didn't get done until 8 most nights, but I worked out. That's nice but this one has been going on for over a year and the reason I didn't put in in a group is so that new people could find it easily with out having to search through groups which are mostly dead.0 -
How do you figure out how many calories you burned?
How ever you would normally calculate your calories burned HRM, the machine, or going off what MFP tells you.0 -
