    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I got up early on my day off and went to spin class.
    What would I have done differently? taken a longer nap and stayed up later to finish watching OSU win. :)

    Not sure yet...I got a sweet tooth.

    Yes I did...I just wanted to exercise daily to get back on track and even when my period starts and I did so glad.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of???
    Worked out...I didn't eat a lot of dessert just the correct portion size.

    What would I have done differently?
    Exercised longer but had reservations so had to leave on time!

    What is today's personal goals? to exercise and I did.

    Exercise weekly progress I did some sort of exercise everyday since Sat...yay!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I was home sick with a chest cold so I read alot.
    What would I have done differently? Exercised if i felt better.
    What is today's personal goals? Still not up to par so not exercising yet but staying under
    calories is my goal.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? doing the bike even though I felt pressed for time
    What would I have done differently? not had wine with dinner

    What is today's personal goals? work with two horses and drink one glass of wine

    What is today's personal goals? Walk/run outside or elliptical and have a good calorie deficit to make up for these holidays!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went to work even though I am not feeling well.
    What would I have done differently? Exercised if I had the energy.
    What is today's personal goals? Track and watch calories especially since I am not exercising.

    I think I may have bronchitis so it will take awhile to bounce back. :ohwell:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a pretty good deficit to keep making up for the holidays. (will probably have to do this for a couple weeks! :tongue: )

    What is today's personal goals? Easy Cardio and stretching and have a low calorie day since we are going out for dinner.

    What would I have done differently? log my calories

    What is today's personal goals? get back to work (I've been on "vacation" since Dec 22nd) and the elliptical for 35 mins (DONE!!) ah... maybe unpack a box... LOL

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I didn't have any bc I am still sick & unable to exercise yet. :frown:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ?? I took the time when my kids were in school to go get some special teas for my own nutritional benefit, even though the store is way out of the way & inconvenient to get to. (Sometimes it's the little things LOL)

    What would I have done differently? Nothing

    What is today's personal goals? Specifically line up realistic 5 week goals for weight loss & plan my running/training for my upcoming 1/2 marathon in April.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did not eat a whole dinner after a "snacky" day.
    What would I have done differently? Taken a walk instead of vegged. (That would have taken care of those extra calories!)
    What is today's personal goals? Weight training, stay a bit under on calories and get my rear in gear around here!

    Monday weigh-in 136.2 (Almost 3 pounds up! Yikes Holidays! :noway: )

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? No Lunch after a breakfast over 600 cals. (we had company)
    What would I have done differently? Exercised but still sick
    What is today's personal goals? Exercise when I get home if I feel better.
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Nothing for two weeks

    I went to the doctor and have a sinus infection so I am on antibiotics. :sick:
    Starting to feel better and I hope to start some exericising this week. :happy:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a nice 2 mile walk with my new sneakers. It is such a great feeling to have to buy a new pair of sneakers because you wore the other ones out :bigsmile:

    What is today's personal goals? yoga and track my calories - no elliptical today, my neck has been bothering me. Maybe the new sneakers will help!

    What would I have done differently? A little less munching during the day and should have moved through my work-out more quickly
    What is today's personal goals? Exercise, (done), low cal day (to make up for dinner out tomorrow), and get the school board minutes done!

    What would I have done differently? I did get into the a couple of chocolates at work.:mad: Someone left
    a box of chocolates in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy. So I did enjoy. :ohwell: Now nothing from now on.
    What is today's personal goals? Tracking and eating healthy
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Monday- 25 mins. Mall walking.

    Thanks for the get well wishes, I am finally starting to come around.
    I haven't been all out with exercise yet, but I will get there.
