I struggle with this threefold:
I feel like a whale (working on getting my weight under control, but still!)
I have a decreased libido due to anti-depressants
I am a sexual abuse survivor and have intimacy issues
My husband is patient, but I can see that his patience is wearing thin.
I really hope that once I lose some weight, I'll feel more attractive which will lead a higher libido, which will make me feel more comforable being intimate.
PS: I am working on seeing a shrink to deal with my abuse issues in case you are wondering...0 -
I'm hoping to have a sex life once again. I'm single, but my self-confidence is pretty much zero right now. Really looking forward to the day I feel foxy again.
This sums things up for me very well. It is something I miss very much.0 -
Never thought of that. Guess I have no problem in that area. Doesn't matter anyway because when I drink I think I am a size 2 stripper. lol
HAHA love it!!!!! Thanks for making me smile.0 -
my hubby and I never lack in the bedroom. However, as I lose weight.... it does get even more fun!0

I just added yohimbine for its thermogenic properties. The side effects are a definite "perk".0

My wife has said I look better naked. I hope to keep going, but she already wants to rip my clothes off on my most nights.0

Guess it brings a new perspective on "Bring it!", for those folks doing P90X ; )0

I have lost 145 pounds and mine has gone crazy!!!0

I never intended or thought about it, but since I've started a healthier lifestyle it's been pretty amazing.0

we're already rabbits ... which is awesome, but we've gotten a lot more experimental since becoming more active and flexible0

I can't wait to be man handled in bed hehe.... I already have a decent sex life but can't wait for it to be even better!!0

I've always felt like a porn star - now at a size 12, and before at a size 22 - confidence is in your head not your pants size.
***raising hands and jumping up and down***
I think this is great and totally agree! But, being single, I believe the weight can be an obstacle to even be asked out. Again, this is where the confidence comes in. As our bodies change, our confidence grows and we put out a completely different vibe...ya know the one that says "I'm all that and you would be lucky to have me."
I so agree with you on this. I am currently single too. I feel like I have put my dating life on hold until I lose the weight. I agree that it affects your confidence. Can't wait! Lol.0 -
My bf always tells me how sexy i am and he doesn't care how much i waight but iv never felt comfortable with my body and since iv taken sum kg it got worse...so would be a lot easier for me if i lost sum weight0

Sex is good now, but I will be more comfortable in my own skin and not think about my flab knockin him in the face!! lolololol SORRY
LMAO!! I hear you. When I was thinner canine/style (trying to keep it clean) was awesome!!! Loved it!! Now that I am fat...unless it is pitch black all I can think about is my flabby *kitten* & back waving all over the place!!!
That being said... I have a pretty incredible sex life with my man. He wants me and NEVER EVER has said one negative thing about my body. I do sometimes let my own body image issues limit us....like canine-style!! LOL
This thread really gave me a good laugh... thanks!0
