    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? elliptical for 35 minutes and tracked ALL my calories
    What would I have done differently? not go 325 calories over
    What is today's personal goals? yoga, elliptical, track my calories (and not go over!)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ate fairly balanced all day - just ended up with too much
    What would I have done differently? watched calories more
    What is today's personal goals? already did an hour of bodyflow (yoga), eat in balance and try to stay under calories

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Did not get to the walk and did not clear up my desk! today is another day! Had folks in and out all day yesterday!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed under on cals even when we went out for dinner. Gotta love swordfish!
    What would I have done differently? Got in some exercise
    What is today's personal goals? weights, clear up the desk, a nice calorie deficit.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? tried bodyflow - not my favorite but I will do it again
    What would I have done differently? chose too many high calorie foods
    What is today's personal goals? stay within calories and do an hour of step at the Y tonight

    What would I have done differently? log the rest of my calories and push the button on the food diary last night, not this morning :laugh:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? finally got started on this old house :laugh: hours of painting and pulling wallpaper off the wall - good times. I am sure I burned some calories :bigsmile:
    What would I have done differently? track calories - not eat the keibasa for dinner... greasy ...sodium... didn't feel that great after eating eat.

    We had the boat show this weekend with not eating healthy but had a lot of fun.
    Now back at it.
    Also I was let go from my job on Thursday due to cutbacks. So retirement here I
    come just a little earlier than expected. :bigsmile:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes, even though I know that I went way over at the wine and food pairing. I focused my enjoyment on all the amazing food and had very little wine. :drinker:
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed under on calories on a Sunday with out exercise
    What would I have done differently? To bed earlier (again) Such a bad habit! :embarassed:
    What is today's personal goals? Pylometrics, light eating and keep moving!

    Monday weigh-in 134.6 - over a pound down! Heading back to pre-holiday just in time for our vacation! :tongue:

    What would I have done differently? Spent less time in that one store. Went shopping for baby rocker with expecting daughter. :love: All good, but a little too much time was taken!
