    Where is everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I only lost 1lb...but I 'll take it...since its my time of the month.

    Good morning ladies,

    It seems that I can't get out of the 180's and it's making me mad!! :grumble: :angry: I think I have to do some tweaking because the rate I am going I will not make 30lbs in 90 days... I know I changed up my cardio but I will have to go back to the way I was doing it and see if that's what I need. We shall see...

    04/27/09: 186 bad bad week, felt so run down that working out did not happen as much as wanted. Pizza Friday night out for anniversary last night ( of course my husband picked an Italian place for dinner)

    I had an allergic reaction to Caress soap and had to go on steroids this past week. I was really worried that I would gain weight, but I was at 197 this morning. Coming off the TOM and the medication I think that's pretty good. I was itching so bad that working out was out of the question. I got back on track today and I hope to see the scale move back down by next Monday. Have a super evening.

    Hey...we all have weeks that are rough. I don't know what's been going on for you this week, but you STILL lost wieght! So way to go for that.     Wow...scary. I hope you are feeling better now! As for the weigh loss--way to go! 1 lb, and tom, and meds? That's awesome!

    thanks, I take my last pill today. The itching has calmed down alot. I worked out just a little yesterday, I'm walking on my lunch break. Have a blessed day.

    I feel like I'm in a rut... I work out about 5 days a week doing the eliptical buring 500 calories then I do arm/leg/and ab workouts. I dont eat more than MFP allows and I dont feel any different I have lost weight and my pants a looser but I feel like my body has stopped lossing I'm stuck between 133-135pds. I'm just frustrated right now!

    Also how do you get rid of the thighs.... and stuff on it I like to call "dimples"!!!

    AHHHH Help please...I feel like giving up. :cry: :cry: :yawn: :yawn:

    Hang in there. NOt sure why this happens but for me its every 5 pounds or so I get stuck> My weight just seems to stay the same but following the guidelines, and then it just takes off again until I get stuck. I have gotten used to thinking of them as my min plateaus Keep up the workouts and eating right and then the scale will start to move again.

    I would suggest with you cardio workout's start doing intervals. You can "Google" Intervals or HIIT and it will give you lots of info. I'm pretty sure that's what you need. Check it out and let me know.

    I really want too loose weight!! But i cant get myself motivated i way 10stone 5 and feel i need teh shift my tubb!!!

    I think I'm going backwards. I've tried eating all my calories, not eating all my calories, changing up my work out with cardio and strength training and my measurements have remained the same and I'm gaining weight.

    Starting weight 175lbs
    May 11, 2009: 172.6
    June1, 2009: 178.4

    Not sure what else to do.
