Am also 5'5" and am going for 160 for now...and would be really happy if i can ultimately get down to 150! am at 187lbs right now and having soo much trouble loosing those 26 pounds...any advice pals? how many calories are you all at?
I am currently 152lbs (after losing 20lbs) and am on a bit of a plato! However, my daily goal is 1420 cals. I find it helps to have a salad for lunch and when you get a sweet tooth try no added sugar hatleys strawberry jelly. Its 3 calories and always a good alternative to choc x0 -
I'm going for 125. I think it just depends on the person.0

After having my son, I am hoping to get to 126, I am 136 at the moment, Started off at 154, 3 months after my son was born.0

I am 5'5" and my original goal was 130-135 lbs, but once I got there, I switched to 125 lbs. Now I am there I am thinking maybe 120 lbs.......

Well, I'm 5 ft 5 and at 140 I'm skin and bones. It really depends on your build. I'm a pretty solid person, at 160 I'm in a size 10 and that is my goal.0

What was your starting weight? You can do it, just stay positive. We all have bad days and good days (today, yesterday and the day before were all bad days), i find it so hard to stay under my 1420 daily calorie goal!! But we can do it!! Do you come on here every day?
starting weight was 180 lol! thats when i started mfp and started watching cals. every so often i lose a couple of lbs every so often but it always comes back up to 180...joy. I find it hard to even get to 1000 cals these days! yes we will do it! yup I'm on a lot i have the app so i update pretty often. but i can't get on the boards from the app #sux
Maybe your losing inches instead of weight. Have you measured yourself?0 -
I'm 5'5, have a broad bone structure and a lot of natural muscle - I'm shooting for 140-150 give or take. Just depends on how I feel when i get that - I thought I was still fat after losing 90lbs and weighing 166, but that had a lot to do with my mind too.. LOL0

Im around 135 right now and hoping to be 125 Im more towards 5'6 though0

I am 5'5" hope between 150-165 is my goal. But to decide once I get there I have never been that skinny. But have a very big frame(boy size) so we shall see0

I'm 5'5" currently at 203 from 210. My trainer has set my goal at 160 lbs. I can't even imagine what that looks like since I haven't been there in over 20 years. Reading you guys posts, seems that @ 130 is more popular.0

120-125 with lots of muscle mass or 115-120 with not as much muscle. I'm 5'5 down from 165lbs to 133 but I think my goal right now is 120. (:0

I am 5'5" and targeting 140. It depends on your build.
My low is 128. I was pretty skinny and it was 15 years ago.
Me too . . .well 135-140. I haven't been under 130 since having children.

I'm 5'5 and I'm hoping to get down to 140-150 lbs. I haven't been this weight since I was a child in elementary school. 140-150 isn't super skinny, but it is in the healthy range for my height.0

I plan on getting to 130 at the lowest, i have been 120 and it looks gross on me. I currently am 150ish!0

@ the one finding it hard to eat 1000 calories... i think you are eating too few calories.. you dont want your body to go into starvation mode.. you should always eat a minimum of 1200
