Monday: Elliptical for 45 Min + 5 Min Cool down: Total Time 50 Min. Cal Burned 902 (according to HRM). Abdominal Machine 25 Min. Total # Crunches 200. Calories burned (according to HRM) 366.
TOTAL for DAY 1: 1268 Calories Burned.
Tuesday: Elliptical for 40 Minutes + 5 Min Cool down: Total time 45 Min. Cal Burned 867 (According to HRM). Abdominal Machine 20. Total # Crunches 300. Calories burned (according to HRM) 299. (I didn't do the crunches as slowly as I did yesterday and I increase the number of crunches per set to reach my year end goal to be able to do 1000 crunches).
TOTAL for DAY 2: 1166 Calories Burned
Wednesday: Elliptical for 40 minutes + 5 min cool down: Total Time 45 min. Cal Burned 892 (HRM). Abdominal Machine 20 Min. Total # Crunches 300. Calories burned (HRM) 326. Changed sets to do 6 sets with 50 reps in each just to keep my body from making full adjustments to it.
TOTAL for DAY 3: 1218 Calories Burned.
