    Thur: Rest Day ( strained my hip flexor ..ouch)

  • Hello, wow your intense, I would love to have a go getter like your self for an exercise partner, I hit the weights and gym between 4 to 8 times a week, I use to burn between 500 and 2000 week on the exercise bike, but I have lately been stretching and strength training. Keep up the great work
