I like 1 oz dried blueberries with 1 oz raw or toasted almonds. You can also switch it up with different nuts/fruits. Pistachios are a low fat option as well :0) Fab on the go snack or to pack for the gym!

A half box of Cottage Cheese, with berries or jam

Espresso powder in a cup, three sweetner-tablets(0 kcal). Boil milk and water separate. Add water to the powder(1/3 of the cup). Add cinnamon. Final, add milk, and mix it

I make (vegan, haha) banana ice cream. I just freeze a banana then blend it with my Ninja (setting 2, don't go too crazy) ... then I mix a tbsp of coco powder or peanut butter into the mix. Satisfies all sorts of cravings. WIll try with unsweetened coconut next time.

There's always money in the banana stand. :)

55 cals for a TB?!!! What peanut butter are you using, because I need this! All the PB I've found is 95-100 calories per tablespoon.

    ^^^^ YES! THIS!

FYI, I message this person, and she used HALF a tbsp for 55 cals. Bummer.....

I found pb yesterday that has 80 cal for 1 tbls and only 5 grams of fat........it is so tasty.

I'm huge frozen snack fan (ice cream!) but for those days that i need a low cal snack i go for frozen green grapes or frozen fat free pudding cups with a little whipped cream on them :)
