    This is great. Thank you so much for you posting pics. Your butt looks amazing. I have a very large rear that is starting to head south and I want to prevent the drop for as long as possible. I will most definitely look into the butt bible.

    I love the butt bible! The trainer Pauline cracks me up. She's always talking abuot cracking nuts with your butt and things like that. As I recall , most of the videos are about 35 minutes.

    I just got it for Christmas and plan to do it after I am done the 30DS BUT I cannot figure out (it does not say on the box), what do you need to do the workout weights or a weighted bar? Anything else?

    If you use weights what lbs??
