Hey Ladies! Congrats to all you who are kicking butt...and to those who aren't doing so well, don't give up. I was part of the last challenge too and I was doing really well until I had some life changes and it kicked my butt. I am still trying to get back on track, but I am getting there. I know everyone deals with different things in life and it affects us all in different ways. For me, it is getting my mind to realize that I don't need food to make me happy or feel better. I have lots of other things in life to be happy about, besides feeding my face and feeling miserable later. I keep reminding myself of this and that it feels great to be not only thinner, but healthier too! I am probably rambling by now, but hopefully you can relate and it can help you too! I am going to try and take a step more and drink nothing but water for the rest of the month and maybe even longer. I am cheering you all on with your journey and remember if you mess up, it is okay, just pick yourself back up and start again. I can't remember who, but I heard somewhere one time that you didn't get the way you are in just one day, and you won't lose all your progress in just one day. It takes work, lots of hard work, but you can do it! By losing 35ish pounds so far I have found how strong I really am. I have found a deeper side of who I really am and it is amazing! weight holding at 143. I'll take it! workouts have been upped and i drank 100 a day of water for the week. I feel really good. Hope you are doing well have not been able to read post lately. Soccer practice has begun so I have added another workout to my daily chores...lol exercise=chores....lol Not really but all this planning if alot of work. Have a great sunday0

I'm going in the wrong direction...up 2 AGAIN!
My highest weight was 229 last March. I got down to 199 in November but I think I wasn't ready emotionally for the success of weight loss...if that makes sense to anyone. So I just ate my way back to 213.
Any advice?

I'm actually down a little this week but I'm reporting what I reported to my biggest loser challenge on Saturday so both of my challenge weights can be the same to avoid confusion. Next week I'll be reporting a loss for sure.

Hi All! Sorry I haven't been been online much this week - my computer has been so slow it's driving me nutty! I didn't get in as many workouts this week - Just Monday & Thursday. I was hoping the "rest" would help my left hip to be less cranky (running on a track that is banked too many times in a row where the left leg was always hitting the high side). I switched to walk/jog on the Treadmill which has helped too.
Workout plan for the week is Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed & Shred, Yoga Meltdown & Wii Zumba from home.
YMCA plan is 30 minutes on stair/elliptical thingy & Couch to 5K. Also plan to try out one "YMCA class" this week. Not sure what just yet.

I went to the movies last night and had some popcorn.
I am trying to drink a lot of water today to flush the
