This is also amazingly good if you omit the sweetener and instead ad a pinch of salt a twist of black pepper a tspn of grated parmesan cheese. it is the really good if you spread a little marmite and thinly sliced tomato to eat (and a dollop of light cream cheese if you want it to be a bit more luxurious!!) Yummmmmmmmmmmm!!

I have only made this in a pie pan (- cin. /sweet)
    SLICE & TOP( like a pizza,or a sami )
ALSO,When its done, cut in Triangles/8 & pop in
Toaster oven. Now you have my Flax CHIPS.
DIP in salsa for a Healthy (fiber ) treat. Enjoy :flowerforyou:

Hi, I wanted to bump this thread. I've had the recipe bookmarked for months and have finally tried it.

The only variation I made was to add a couple drops of vanilla extract. I made it in a regular cereal bowl (I didn't feel like digging for a mug) and cut into 2 big slices. I'm having one w/ Smart Balance and the other side, I'm dipping in light cinnamon apple sauce.
Next time, I'm going to add 2 packets of sweetener to make it more cake-like (I used some sort of stevia based packet).

It's not bad at all. It smells better than it tastes, but I'm happy with it and can't wait to try more variations. Highly recommended!
