            Hi All! Sorry I haven't been been online much this week - my computer has been so slow it's driving me nutty! I didn't get in as many workouts this week - Just Monday & Thursday. I was hoping the "rest" would help my left hip to be less cranky (running on a track that is banked too many times in a row where the left leg was always hitting the high side). I switched to walk/jog on the Treadmill which has helped too.
 Workout plan for the week is Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed & Shred, Yoga Meltdown & Wii Zumba from home.
 YMCA plan is 30 minutes on stair/elliptical thingy & Couch to 5K. Also plan to try out one "YMCA class" this week. Not sure what just yet.

 I am trying to drink a lot of water today to flush the

 Very frustrating.......I had great workouts this week and ate well, except went to a dinner last night and I think the hostess must have lots of salt in the food....I think water weight today has preventing the scale from going down.....boo On to next week. Slow and steady wins the race!!0

            Still not back in the groove yet. Exercising? Ha! Not much. Eating right? Eh. Some great days, some not good days. Don't know if it's the weather, or the fact that my daily routine has been crazy the since the beginning of the year. Every day has been hectic. I watch all my grandchildren (10 of them, and 3 are preschoolers and 2 are babies under 1). Luckily, I don't have them all everyday. But....I've only had 2 days off since the beginning of the year with no little kids here. Plus 16 out of 23 days this month, I've had kids sleep over. I'm the bus stop for the older grandchildren, so they like to sleep over when they can, and I've had little ones sleep over 4 times.
 Anyway, it's been enough just to keep the house organized and get the laundry done and cook for everyone with the kids here. Plus, planning for 3 Girl Scout troops and their weekly meetings......of which 1 troop has their meetings at my house!!! How did I do this when I was younger? LOLOLOL.
 So....I still managed to lose 1.2 this week. I'll take it!
 On to another hectic week. Looks like it may be like that for the next couple of months (or more!) My one daughter with 3 little boys (5 months, 3 & 4 years old) just went back to school for nursing. She wasn't doing much with her Psych degree, so she decided to go into nursing. This is a good thing, but.......when she's in school, or at her clinicals, guess where her kids will be most of the time? (Her husband works full time and also takes college classes 4 days a week.) Good thing I love them all....and I'll just have to count the time the kids are here (and they're awake) as exercise for me!

            my weight this week went up a lot. I mean A LOT. I kinda figured something like this would happen with being sick and not eating when I had strep but 6 lbs?. I've decided today starts a lot of changes. I wrote all my rules and posted them on the fridge to help keep me motivated. I am also starting to follow a diabetic diet approach today to see if that helps me lose. Congrats to all the losers this week and to anyone that gained don't worry we can't still do this.
