    I have lost 40 pounds = a 5-gallon bottle of water or an average human leg or my 5yo daughter LOL. She only weighs 39 pounds!

    Almost as much cheese as an average person eats in a year but more than an average 2 year old.

    COMBINED! OR about 99.9% of an Irish Setter.

    P.S. My number on here is only since March, I lost 29 pounds from January to March.
