I'm 5'5" currently 197..my goal weight is 170-175 although by standards I should be under 150. I don't think I will look health at 150 since I am quite muscular so I aiming for 170-175..although it is still overweight for me by standards.0

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 150. It's still considered to be in the overweight category for my height in the BMI ranges, but I have a large frame. If I want to lose more once I get there, then it will change, but for now that's it.0

I am 5"4 and I know I looked amazing at 127lbs and wore a sz 6 ....... that was 21yrs ago.... hahahaha
I am on my way though...... back to where I want to be !0 -
I'm 5'4" and currently 188lb. My ultimate goal is 140lb as that's the weight I felt healthy at in the past, but my inbetween goal is 160lb before my 30th birthday in August0

I'm 5'4". I'm aiming for 140. Though I would love to make it back to the 130 I was a few years ago.0

I am 5'5" and my goal keeps changing, but it's currently 120 lbs.0

I'm 5'5" In the past I've been as low as 150 (currently 165). My goal in college was 140 but never got there so that was my origianl MFP goal. New goal is 130, with the stipulation that if me and my hubby AGREE that I'm getting too skinny (I'd like to keep a toned womanly shape) then I'll stop where I'm most comforatable.0

I'm 5'4. I weigh between 123-125. I have no weight goals really. I'm mostly focused on getting ripped right now. I want a 6 packs bad and I Angela basset arms; that's all. LOL

I'm 5'3" and my goal is 115. I am small framed with a little chest. I've been at 118 and liked it, so that might be a more reasonable number.0

I recently quit smoking and have learned that my metabolism has changed as well and I am struggling to lose weight at all. I have for years weighed the same until I quit smoking. Three months into quitting, I have gained 10 pounds which is not a bunch but,,, I have changed in perportion. My goal weight is 135-140. I am 5'4" tall. I guess if I feel good, I will be ok.0

I wish you the best of luck. You can do it as long as you do it for yourself. I realize that nothing happens for me unless I work haard and stay focused. I have trouble losing weight but, I so love to exercise. You CAN DO IT!:happy:0

5'4" I wanna weigh 115, or so I say, however, I've stopped weighing myself and I know what I want to look like and about what size I want to be.
However, if I could just get taller (say 5'8") I'd be happy at my current weight...that just seems so much easier...0 -
I am 5'4" I am currently 145 pounds. My Starting weight was 195 after having my second child. My original goal weight was 135, but I am thinking of changing it to 125.0

I'm 5'4 and I'd like to get to 130 and maybe ultimately 125.. I have been anywhere from 115 to 157 in the last few years and know that I look and feel my best around that point.0

However, if I could just get taller (say 5'8") I'd be happy at my current weight...that just seems so much easier...

I'm 5'3 my goal is 140 I am currently 192 i started at 196 a few days ago. i think i can go ahead and make my goal 135 or 130.0

I am 5'3 I have picked 130 when I was this weight before I didn't look overly thin and I felt good. Even though I picked 130 I would be happy at 135.0

I am 5'5 and I was told that a healthy weight is between 125-155. That was true of the Weight Watcher goals for me. I want to be in the middle of that somewhere around 140 would be great!0

5'5 I am trying to get down to or “between” 136-143 that is what my goal weight should be at. I have 31 more pounds to go and I will have reached my goal which is normal for someone my height anything lower and I would be unhealthy and as of now sense I am losing weight/maintaining it I am still consider unhealthy/obesity at the weight I am.0

I am 5'4" and my target weight is 140lbs. I have been that weight before about 6 years ago and I looked good at that. when I went any lower I looked gaunt and haggard which is not good - so 140 it is :-)0

I'm 5'4" and I have a medium build. I'm at 244 right now and my goal is 130. But if I feel that 135-140 looks just fine I'll stay there. It's all about how I feel about the way I look. If I meet my goal size I'll stop there too which is hopefully a size 10-12.0

I'm 5'5 and currently over 200 lbs. My ultimate goal is 135 but feel pretty healthy and good at 150 so I'll be really happy when I get there. I won't stop trying to get to 135 though.0

I'm 5' 3" and fluctuate from 127-133lbs in the past 5.5 mths. My goal range is 120-124 lbs and hope to accomplish this in the next month or so.0

I am 5'4 and my goal is 140. Havent been that since high school at least 13 years ago... So not sure if its a realistic goal, but we will see. Everyone has such different body structures its really hard to compare. I dont know if I would look good any smaller than 140 but I guess when I get there I will relook at my goal!! So I would say just set it and then you can always change it! You can do it!!
