3 oz roasted turkey breast (not deli meat)
    cheese stick
    1/2 avacado
    apple
(doesn't look like much, but the healthy fat in avacado fills you up!)

    Today's lunch will be:

A homemade burrito on a whole wheat tortilla w/ black beans, ground turkey breast, some leftover chopped broccoli, salsa, low fat cheese, and low fat sour cream. Also a nectarine for 'dessert'.

I wish I could find a lower calorie tortilla that I actually liked. I've tried the La Tortilla Factory ones, but they just seem kind of cardboardy. The whole wheat one is 170 cals, which is a bit high, but they taste so much better!

I have to run some errands at lunch time so I will probably stop and get a salad from Sonic w/light dressing. Yummy!

How about 2 carb chopper tortillas w/ 2 slices each of 98%fat free lean turkey, 1 jalapeno soy cheese slices each and a little mustard. On other days I enjoy 1 scoop shakeology, mixed with 1 cup non-fat milk, and 1 cup frozen bluberries sometimes I will add a banana in the mix.

I love utilizing Myfitnesspal for my nutrition!!!

Lunches during the week are quick for me (I have trouble getting up early to make food lol). Today I'm having a sliced turkey breast sandwich on wheat bread with a couple tablespoons of mayo (I know bad, but I can't have a sandwich without!) and a teaspoon of yellow mustard.

Maybe a cup of honey nut cheerios (dry) if I am still hungry.

Wish I had some fruit to throw in with my lunch but I need to run to the grocery store and I don't get paid til wednesday.

I didn't have much at home to pack for today, so I settled for a large chili from Wendy's. Haven't had that in a while, and it was very tasty (yet still pretty guilt-free)!
