Sorry. I take back what I said before. I didn't realize how low of a goal 80 really was. Thanks for opening my eyes. I guess I'm going to shoot for 110 then.0

I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 175 looking for 150 (for now). I hope to get to 130 but we'll see.0

I'm 46 yrs. old and 5'3" and I think 150 lbs. would be a good healthy weight for me. I don't think I would look good below 140, too gaunt. I have 40 lbs. to get to this weight.0

i'm 5'2....I have a goal to get between 110-115, but what really matters is when I'm happy with my body. Scale numbers don't matter.0

I'm 63" tall and my ideal goal is 140. I've made it down to 150 before and loved how I feel at that size. I suppose 130 might seem better to America, but I'm only concerned with feeling good and being able to do what I need to do, so 140 is still my ideal goal. However, I'm going to give myself a major reward when I reach 150 again-I'm thinking a day at the spa.0

I'm 5'3" and my goal is 118. I weighed 118 up until I had my son, nd I looked healthy. I currently weigh 126-128 I fluctuate a lot. I just want to get back to my old self, but hard to find the energy as a single mom working and doing school. What time do you find is easiest to work out?0

!'m 5'4 my goal is about 130. I would love to be less but I think 130 is something that I can maintain for a long time. At one point I was 118 and everyone said I looked sick and would watch what I ate. I was very depressed and truthfully did not eat at all. While I would love to be 118 again or even 125 I just don't see it happening with out falling back into horrible eating habits.0

Im 5'4 and my goal weight is 1400

Hi I am 47 years old and 5'4" and want to maintain at 130-135, although 140 and healthy would be fine too!!
I have lost six pounds so far, just using the site and really trying to fit in exercise wherever I can, and monitoring what I actually eat.
I have 35 lbs to go, and I want to lose it by this fall. I am amazed how much better I feel just getting up and exercising every morning and logging into MFP to view my progress!0 -
I am five foot five and a half and my goal is 140.0

I'm 5'3" and my goal is 130. I'm 58, so I think any lower might be scary!!!0

I'm 5'5" and I currently weigh 182. My goal is to reach 140-150. I had twin boys 15 months ago, so it's time to loose this weight I'm accepting friends! The more the better to help along this journey.0

5'5" currently 122, goal 120. I had always been very thin befiore I gained and was 106 a couple of years ago, that was way too thin for me but I think 118-120 would be perfect.0
-
I am 5'3 and my goal weight is 120. Anything less would be too thin for me.0

I'm 5' 4.5" my initial goal is 138. I got down to 142 before the holidays and vacation now I'm sitting at 146. I want to keep the muscle I've gained, but the rest of my pooch has got to go! I wear a size 6 and have a medium build. I agree with everyone else, the number on the scale is less important than your composition.0
-
I'm 5'5" and I would love to be 130. However I am currently just trying to get to 140, and then will go from there.0

Its interesting to read everyones goals, it truely does matter about your frame and what your comfortable with
I'm 5'4 and my Diving weight (back in the day when I use to compete) was 120lbs back in the day, but I think I'd be comfortable around 135-140lb. Right now 140s my goal0 -
I'm 5'4 and am 138. My goal weight is 120-125. I want to be comfortable in my clothes.
That sounds like me Do you mind me asking what will you be doing in terms of exercise? I already do Pilates everyday, and am planning to start 30 day shred on monday.0 -
I've been through both LA Weight Loss and Jenny Craig and did well on both. This time, I'm going it alone with the help of my fitness pal.
I just got home from a cruise and settled in a 205 and then I got sick. I'm trying to get to 160 though I've never been able to break that 170 mark.
Wish me luck. I know I should be somewhere in the 120's but I haven't been there for 35 years so, . . . . . .0 -
Hi, I am 5'4 and my goal is 145. When I was in college and ran EVERYDAY for ROTC my lowest weight was 140. Right now I am about 170 and have been exercising regularly. I would like to reach my goal by the end of this year. I believe slow and steady will work best for me. If anybody is interested in an accountability buddy, just friend DelightITL. I will respond. Good luck to you all.0

Honestly, weight is just a number. I am 5'5 148 pounds. I work out 6 nights a week and eat 1500 cals a day. My weight hasn't moved in 2 weeks, but I can feel my body changing. I wouldn't rely on the scale, I would just measure and see what your body can acheive for itself. Weight can be tricky and can be a detriment to your goals.0

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 130...I'm most comfortable anywhere in the 125-135 range so I picked in the middle to give myself some "wiggle room." As a side note, I'm also top heavy, I'm seriously considering asking my doc for a referral for a reduction to see if it will help my back.0

I am around 5'6'' and my goal weight is to be between 160 - 1500
