How do I post before & after pictures?

If you use photobucket, it's extremely easy. Upload them there then copy the last link it gives you, paste that here and change the "IMG" at the beginning and end to lower case.

This was in 2008. I knew I needed a change. 261 lbs
This is 2009. I am with my (ex) trainer, Donna. She's a championship body builder (well..was)! She changed my life..love her!!!
This was 6 months AFTER training. I taught a hula hoop class at my gym. I was down to 230..and dropped 27 inches! Those hula hoops weigh 4.4lbs together.

I am back up to 243..but only because I wasn't eating (not unhealthy..just NOT eating). I know I can get it off...it's just going to take some time & better discipline!
