    mewithDonna.jpgThis is 2009. I am with my (ex) trainer, Donna. She's a championship body builder (well..was)! She changed my life..love her!!!
    mewithhulahoop.jpgThis was 6 months AFTER training. I taught a hula hoop class at my gym. I was down to 230..and dropped 27 inches! Those hula hoops weigh 4.4lbs together.

    I am back up to 243..but only because I wasn't eating (not unhealthy..just NOT eating). I know I can get it off...it's just going to take some time & better discipline!

    I'm super inspired. We are the same height and starting HW. I'm at 154 - and would love to get to 145. You do look awesome!:smile:
