    Since it is for work (hehe) I would go with either #2 or /#3, but they all look great on you! Keep up the good work!

    #3 is the only one that can remotely be considered semi-formal (and it's not really). I would not recommend anything animal print for a semi-formal work function.

    (but they do all look good on you!)

    Hi
    Dress 1 is the most slimming and you really suit it, dress 2 I would have to say I do not like at all as it makes you look a little top heavy. Dresses 3 and 4 are both equally nice and will not date. Enjoy your conference.

    Im a fan of dress 1! Though You look great in them all. I also like the "little black dress" But overall favorite is Dress 1.

    Definitely #1. Nos 3 & 4 are too plain looking to show as much cleavage as you have. No 2 makes you look a bit too average. But number 1 is popping and is not over alluring. It makes you look more vibrant and young!

    Hi! I am going to a Conference for work in Palm Springs Ca in a couple of weeks and we have an Awards Banquet one night that is "Semi Formal" ... I've been dress shopping and this is what I've narrowed it down to:

    By the way... I'd been shopping all day and not looking the best :)

    I like dress 1. Gives a nice hourglass (the others do, but #1 does the most)

    Plus I'm a sucker for animal print :)

    I say 1 also I love animal print, my secnd choice is 4 Have fun!!
