    Your story is the same as mine, I lost 80 pounds by exercising and watching what I ate. I tracked, measured and kept focused. I too eat very little processed foods and try as much as possible to eat fresh foods.

    You look absolutely amazing. It was great too hear a sucess story doing it completely natural and the most sensible way. Keep it up, maintaining is the next part of your journey.
