    Goal in 5 weeks = 190
    Plans: Manage Calories intake balanced with monitoring Fat, Fiber, Protein and Sodium intake. 3 days cardio, 3 days strength training.

    Count me in SW: 205 My goal for Feb is to lose at least 15 lbs. I do cardio in the form of walking 4-5 times per week and I also do strength training 3-5 days per week. I'm so looking forward to losing this month. Im on a low carb/high protein eating plan at this time.

    My current weight is 192...goal of 182 by the end of the month. Right now, I'm tracking my food intake, as I am a 'mindless eater'. For exercise, I'm walking/jogging on the treadmill 3-4 times a week.

    Goal weight by end of Feb .....210
    I am going to be accountable to myself and track everything that goes in my mouth....and at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.

    count me in I have 14lbs to lose!

    I was 12st7 and lost 2stone and a half in a few months Im now at 141lbs and would like to lose these last 14lbs but have stalled :D
  • ok - ready to start this off.

    current weight is 254.6

    goal is to lose 6 to 8 lbs by the end of February

    Diet & Fitness Plan for the month is :

    I will be logging all my food and drinks
    I will be making sure to get in the 8 glasses of water
    I will be sure to get my 150 min / 1540 cal burned in as a minimum every single week

    So, with that said my treadmill is calling my name !! :wink:

    Plan - I am challenging myself to stick with the same 5 workouts all month - Mondays - weight training, Tuesdays - step aerobics, Wednesday - Pilates, Thursdays - weight training, Friday - Kickboxing and Saturday - stretch fusion program.

    GW - 192

    I am hoping this new challenge can get things back in gear. I've already lost 40 pounds before joining fitness pal, but have been stuck in the same 2-3 pound area for several months. Starting to lose my motivation, so hopefully this will work!

  • OK, so I weighed in this morning and am ready to go.

    CW: 138.2
    GW: 130 - 133

    I want to hover under 135 lbs.

    I forgot that I have a week long trip to Texas planned this month. It could be hard to meet this simple goal, but then again it could be just what I need to keep me from over doing it on the holiday.

    CW (2/1): 146.5
    Goal is to lose any amount of pounds honestly (would love to get under 140)

    Fitness:
    M/W/F: C25K and Zumba class (1 hour)
    T/TH: Elliptical (1 hour) and Bodypump *barbell class* (1 hour)
    Sat.: Personal Training (1 hour)
    Sun: Either Elliptical (1 hour) or off day depending on my mood

    My real goal is to continue working out regularly and lose inches/feel better. I want to lose weight overall, but I also realize my body is changing and adjusting to the workouts so I'm not in a HUGE rush (as long as it comes off eventually!)
