My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 3 years, no idea what I'm doing exactly this year but some past ones have been:
Lingerie that of course I wear
Baked goods like cookies or brownies
Ive done the coupons for things like massages or BJs
The 2 things I always give him for V-day are Sex and a hand written love letter.0 -
I just got this for my husband today, I'm sure he will love it....He is a beer lover!!
$45 For A Beer Bouquet & 1-Year Subscription to Draft Magazine
https://www.saveology.com/shares/1178970 ( it's still available)
This is pretty cool, show it to my wife, would you?0 -
its more about the gesture than the actual gift.
i hate all the cutesy red cliche crap and candy/chocolate.
just do something from the heart. nice note. small gift. hot date. special treatment.
a lot of us guys our gift wish list far exceeds valentines day budget (new atv, hunting gear, guns, golf clubs, new tv, etc) so a nice note and a special time together fits the bill perfect. impress with less.0 -

nothing, never buy them anything. just get undressed. thanks.
lol well i was right....anything pertaining to sex....they are men remember0 -
no. most of us dont care.
You know what we want. its either going to involve certain special actions on your part... or food.
and if they're dieting.. food isnt a good idea.
Thread should be closed after this.
Something simple and nice always wins. No need for anything over the top, maybe some cologne at the most b/c I hate paying for it lol.0 -
I like this guys response...
I just want to add one thing... spicy bedroom fun too! LOLI can't speak for all men, but what this one desires would be a heartfelt love note...doesn't even have to be a card....about what he means to you and how he makes you feel...build him up....if he means something to you tell him and tell him how and what......yes, some of us can be sentimental0 -

The truth is few guys think much about valentines day.
It's more of something we tolerate, because we don't want miss out on the sex for playing along.
Think sex and food whenever you are wondering what we want.
Just bring a gift card to a nice eat place - for two!
And enjoy:bigsmile:0 -

You make it sound like sex isn't an option except on holidays.0 -
My husband likes Victoria's Secret and snickers :smooched:0

DH gets a love note first thing in the morning. His favorite meal at dinner. Lingerie and his favorite positions at night.0

i am getting my guy a tool box. LOL0

I bought my fiance a beer gift basket. It has a couple bottles of microbrews in it and I think some pretzels, peanuts, ect. type stuff. He brews his own beer so he will love it I'm sure lol0

Just buy yourself something from Victoria's Secret and remind us of what makes you a sensual woman. We will be quite happy and responsive. On the real, Valentine's day doesn't mean jack to most men including yours truly. In many ways, its like a wedding ceremony -- its all about the bride.0

My husband is getting a beard beanie. One of those knitted stocking hats with a beard attached. We have a fun relationship and try to keep it under $20 and something unique that we enjoy.0
-
Oh & I won't see my fiance on Valentine's Day so sex isn't an option :laugh:0
-
I bought lingerie and a bottle of wine lol...0
-
I got my hubby a new hat for V-Day he isn't too picky and we are more into memory making than material things now than when we were younger.0
-
I usually don't buy him anything except a card. I will make him a wicked steak dinner with all the trimmings including potatoes and gravy, and something decadent for dessert. Or I'll take him out for dinner. Either way, we enjoy the meal without me saying one word about fat grams or calories.
Next year... lingerie shopping. lol0 -
I was thinking the same thing, But my boyfriend and I show each other that we care and are in love all year around... So I have decided to just get him a card, and I am just writing a short to the point message of how I feel about him. He already knows of course but its just a sweet gesture I can do for him since dinner and getting naked is a given...
I dont like how I look in lingerie yet so I wont buy any..... LOL0 -

Oh I like this idea!!!!!!!!0 -
My hubby knows that I don't go all out on V-Day...This is also my B-day so I am the one that gets spoiled  Anyway, a card w/ cologne, something yummy to eat, tools, sport or hunting related items and of course sex always makes (and keeps) my hubby happy!0
