    Well, I took 3 days off last week because my muscles were starting to be sore just walking and I figured I should probably take some time off.

    Otherwise, I've been doing little workouts here and there and trying to walk more. :)

    30/31/300 for me. Today's run was totally wonderful. Surprised myself at how fast I was able to go.

    Running (jogging), up stairs - 23 minutes
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) - 30 minutes
    Elliptical Trainer - 15 minutes
    Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort - 15 minutes

    January 5, 2012
    Walking up & down stairs - 19 flights - 20 minutes

    January 8, 2012
    Bicycling, 10-12 mph, light (cycling, biking, bike riding) - 60 minutes

    January 9, 2012
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) - 12 minutes
    Elliptical Trainer - 30 minutes

    January 12, 2012
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) - 30 minutes

    34/35/300 Went for a run since the trails were pretty clear. My puppy was pretty happy to be out with me!

    Since I appear to be the only one posting in this, I'm going to semi-close this. At this point I'm 53/54/300. I'm very happy with what I'm accomplishing! Sorry no one seems to have the commitment to their health that this challenge requires... :cry:

    I just couldn't go 300 days without a day off exercise and I guess alot of people feel the same way

    You actually get 65 days off, and it doesn't have to be much, even a 10 minute daily walk counts towards activity.
