I will give up all candy and sweet snack foods. I have not had any chocolate for 11 days but I have found myself over indulging on other sweets, so this will make me accountable and should keep me on track!! Thanks!!0

I am picking the hardest possible thing for me to fast from. ALL white foods, White rice, White pasta, White bread. And I absolutely hate the taste of whole grains so its gonna be a hard one!0

Ok, I want to work on my sugar intake, so I want to limit non fruit sugars and keep them under daily intake, cos I always go over! (and that wont mean upping my fruits either!)
