About 140. I've been lower but it's a lot of work and I always looked and felt good at 140 (size 6) without bustin' my butt. I'm currently 174 at almost 6 months postpartum (baby #4) with a pre-preg weight this time of 149.0

I'm 5'6 and I am 170 lbs. and my goal is 130 lbs.I started out at 185 lbs. I just started 30 day shred so hopefully that helps a bit0

well, for febraury im hoping for at least 5-7 lbs
but overall i want to be down to 130-126 ish range0 -
I'm 5'7" currently 172 goal is 150ish. I like myself at that size.0

150 lbs. If I can get below that, great, but I don't anticipate it with all of the strength training I've done over the years.0

Hi, I am 5'6". Baby #5 is 3 months and I currently weigh 151. My goal is 127, that is what I weighed when I got married(10 1/2 yrs ago)!! When I found out last March that I was pregnant I was 3 lbs away from my goal weight, now I'm trying to get back down to it!0

Currently 203 want to get down to 140. The skinniest I've ever been is 128, but I just don't think that is a realistic or necessary goal. I wouldn't mind losing more, but 140 is good enough for now.0

I am like....5'6 and 3/4ths lol so I usually round up to 5'7 but im not quite that big! Anywho! At my heaviest I was 183...I would like to get down to 150-155 currently at 172!0
