Once a month. Im trying not to care much about the scale. Its always wrong anyway. Lol0

I weigh daily, but only record on Thursdays. I like to see the impact of food on my waist and I totally get that an increase is water weight.0

I have heard that it is not good to weigh in daily, but I must admit I weigh in every morning as part of my getting up routine. It helps keep me on track. If I was a little off the day before and pick up a few ounces I will be more mindful that day and if I lost then I'm in a good mood and still reminded to stay on point. So it works for me.0

I weigh everyday to keep on track0

Daily. But I only log losses.0

Probably 15 times a day. Bad habit, I know. lol But I like to see how much it fluctuates. Official weigh in days are once a week though.0

I never weigh myself. I see my progress through the way I look and feel, and what I can do (ex. how many more pushups I can do, how far/long I can run, etc.).0

I weigh once a week0

I weigh myself every couple days or so cuz I'm curious but only do official weigh ins once a week. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day and daily so I try not to really pay attention to all the in between weigh ins and only take stock in the weekly one for progress.0

ABOUT once a week... we don't have a scale0
-
although i weigh in a lot, i only track it once a week, cause you can fluctuate 5 pounds a day0
-
Just once a week on a saturday xx0

Every couple weeks or so, depending. If I've been really good about my eating, exercise, etc I will weigh every 2 weeks. If I know I've screwed up a lot in the past week or two, I skip for another few weeks until I get back on track. If I don't do this, seeing the numbers go up or stay the same on the scale is upsetting and screws with me.0

I weigh daily and log it weekly.
I weigh daily because I find it motivational. Even though scales fluctuate for reasons out of our control, it motivates me to work harder the days that it goes up even by 0.10 -
I weigh myself every time I'm in the bathroom (I broke this bad habit awhile back, but I've started doing it again).. I only log it once a week. My weigh day is Friday morning.0

I weigh myself several times a day, out of curiosity about the fluctuations, but I only record it here every Friday.0

Unfortunately daily, and it's driving me nuts with the ups and ups and not too may downs. I officially check in my weight on Mondays.0

Once a week.
Every Sunday morning before breakfast.
It's how I like to end my week, so I can see how much more I need to push myself in the upcoming week, lol.
Daily just frustrated me cause it's up and down all the time, lol so weekly works better for me.0 -
I weigh myself every Tuesday morning before getting into the shower. I figure if I had a crazy weekend by Tuesday my body should be somewhat regulated. Its just become a routine now.0

Once a week...........I made a deal with another MFP friend to weigh & record on Monday's. I know it's working for me cuz I don't want to break that promise with another person...weird thing I break promises to myself ALL the time it seems! Go figure!!!0

Every day but only log once a week on a friday, i weigh myself every day coz i find it keeps me on track.0

Your weight naturally fluctuates 5 lbs. Weigh in once a week at the same time in the same clothing.
I weigh once a week or every other week.0 -
I weigh every day, but I log once a week.
This month I am keeping a daily journal of weights every day, what days I'm at the gym, and how many calories I ate that day so that I can see what is working best for me!0 -
Whenever I get curious! BUT I only record on Saturday mornings, before eating or drinking anything and after using the bathroom. Even though I might check everday and the numbers might not change, I can FEEL the difference.0

twice each on two sets of scales each morning, then calculate the 7 day average from the first set of scales and log that to MFP0

Daily, but I only log losses.0

I weigh in daily, but only log loss as well. Weighing in daily shows me how much my weight fluctuates. Also if I'm up several days I can be more strictly adherent to my diet, it sort of motivates me.0
