How often do you weigh in?

Too often! I get on the scale almost everyday, and I know that I shouldn't. I have to work on it. lol0
-
once a week. If I weigh in every day, I get discouraged.0

i normally weigh in every day. it's helps me to keep track of my daily progress.0

I weigh in once a week, on Mondays... keeps me on track over the weekend. I don't rely too much on the number itself, but more so on the way my clothes are fitting and my body is changing. I worked overseas for 17 months and never weighed myself unless I was home on vacation. Funny how I lost weight over there without worrying or obsessing about the number on the scale.0

Usually a couple of times a week, just to peek, but I officially weigh in/log once a week. I log losses & gains.0

I weigh in once a week!0

I have been doing this for a month, and I don't see the scale moving this week, as I had a bad week food wise, but yet I took my measurements last week and will check them next week, because I feel different and think I have lost inches vs the scale not moving0

every single morning when I get up......:)0

I weigh-in twice a week, but it can get frustrating depending on the numbers. My goal is to focus on inches lost, which I tracked once per month, as the scale is not always precise.0

Every single day. I've been in maintenance for quite awhile (18 months) and I like being able to keep track of my weight. I like being able to see in black and white that I know what I'm doing. For some people, weighing everyday makes them too obsessive. It has taught me how different things (certain foods, how much water, energy drinks, medications, etc) affect my weight. I have learned my natural weight fluctuations and what is considered a normal "range" for my body.0

Daily, but I find it puts stress on how I act the next day when I gain even a little. Starting this month I'm shifting to weekly weigh ins to see if it helps0
-
I don't have a scale at home right now, so only when I have access to a scale. Since I'm not going to a gym right now, it's not very often.0

Every Monday.0

I weigh myself daily just to see (anxious), but I log it in every two weeks! ")0
-
I weigh myself every morning and keep a record, but my main weigh in is on Sunday.0
-
maybe every two weeks...unless I'm PMSing or TOM is actually "here"...then, I don't dare go near a scale0
-
I try only weigh in on the weekends.
I don't like weight at the gym or try to find the flat space in my dorm room (which is the common area).
But once a week is great regardless!0 -
Weigh and record daily. I like to see how what I'm doing affects my weight in the progress report. Keeps it in perspective for me. However, I keep my settings for checking in private so I don't annoy others.0

ABOUT once a week... we don't have a scale
What a fantastic idea.............I'm always weighing myself...........cannot help it..........0 -
every morning, just once a day to be consistent and write it down0
-
I'm only weighing in once a week. The few times I weighed mid week just disappointed me and by the weekend weigh in I have been happy all 3 weeks since starting. More than once a week is not for me0
-
I weigh myself every morning just to keep myself in check ( yes my weight does fluctuate, and yes it tends to drive me crazy at times, but I need to see that # on the scale to see how my food choices are affecting me). My official weigh in day is Sunday. That's when I log my weight on mfp.0
