I'm 5'7" and the lowest I have weighed in my adult life is around 150, which I was happy at. My new goal is 140. 80 pounds to go.0

I am 5'6" and currently fluctuate between 137-140. My goal weight is 130-140, and I am currently working on strength training/toning and dropping body fat (at 18% and I want to get down to 15%).0

PERFECT for that height!!!! curvy and sexy still like Marilyn Monroe0 -
Are you satisfied with how your body looks & feels right now? The number on the scale can be misleading because each body type responds differently to exercise. I know girls that weigh around 120 but have no muscle tone. For myself, my starting goal is 155lbs at 5'7" but I build muscle easily. When I get to that weight I might decide to drop ten more pounds!? Best of Luck0

I am 5'7" and currently I weigh 160. My highest was 173. I currently wear a size 10. I would like to get down to 125 and see what my body looks like and whether I can maintain it. I'd be happy with 135. I still have a ways to go! At my age and height, the lowest I have been was around 147, and I was pretty satisfied, so 125 may be too low for me but we'll see. Good luck!0

Ideally - about 115 - 120. Reality 125-130 (which is my usual average weight before midlife gain) -- currently at 1520

My goal is 144 lbs. Odd number, I know, but it's so I can say, with pride, that I've lost 100 lbs. I think that's a healthy weight for me, give or take the 3 lb over/under fluctuation. I'm currently 182 down from 244 and, like you, would love to see what other look like at their respective weights.0

Hi,
I am 5'7". At my lightest I was 118lbs. Not pretty - and I still thought I was fat. Who would want to be 19 again?
I currently weigh about 134lbs, depending on the day but would like to be around 130 - 132. I am so close now and don't want to get stuck on the idea I have to be a certain number. I am working on shaping my body a bit more and will see when I feel I look my best.

You should educate yourself on eating disorders before randomly accusing someone online (whom you know nothing about) of suffering from one.0 -
