A sweet potato with brown sugar and cinnamon. I needed a lower calorie dinner since I blew most of my day already. I cooked some boxed veggies from the freezer but they were horrible!0

I do have a question tho, and didn't want to start another thread.
Since I have been watching my calorie intake and working out double-time, P90X & sweaty walk/runs & weight training. . . .. I want to enjoy some wine again in the evenings . . . .
Do I dare? I am battling my controlling conscience right now. Whatcha think?

I have a glass of wine every night, I just make sure I have enough calories for it at the end of the day!!! :drinker:
I have a small glass 4-5 nights a week, red wine. Watched Dr. Oz, he really promotes a glass of red wine after dinner.0 -

1cup steamed rice, 1cup vegetable chow mein, 1cup garlic chicken w/ mushrooms, 1 cup sauteed greenbeans with carrots, onions and garlic! 12 ounces water! 644 calories, but i missed lunch, and still have 188 calories left!0
