    :embarassed: I unfortuantley... went the wrong direction. I have set a goal to burn 1000 calories a day this week.. so maybe i just gained muscle? :ohwell: ONWARD AND UP.. no DOWNWARD! :laugh:

    My diet has been great and I've been working out every day! I hope this is just water weight since I don't normally weigh myself til Fri. :-(
