In various threads about the gym, a few guys will throw it out there that they find a sweaty woman attractive at the gym.
So is that how you feel?

Well Golden Retriever and Labs don't sweat, but they are really pretty dogs....
Well, I think good looking women do look sexy when they are sweaty as long as they don't smell bad.0 -
Yup. Sweaty women appeal in other situations as well0
-
Smoking in my eyes. Nothing better than a woman giving 100% in the gym and kicking *kitten* and not caring how she 'thinks' she looks...0
-
Have to agree,a woman working her body out looks pretty hot.0

I think it's like crying. Some women look gorgeous when they're crying. The rest of us look like blubbering hot messes. Some women look sexy with a glistening sheen of sweat... those of us who are red-faced and dripping... not so much.0

The latter is the attractive bit...0 -

Me - well, my clothes are soggy, my hair is wet, and my skin is beet red. On the plus side, I'm not there to attract men anyway - I am there to get healthy.0 -

Really? I must be drop dead gorgeous then! Sigh. I actually heard that the more fit you are, the more sweaty you get...0 -

Also, you sweat more when well hydrated, but your fitness level itself doesn't impact it. Some people are sweaters and some aren't.0 -

Its attractive in the fact you aren't trying to be all prissy and perfect and are kicking *kitten* and lifting weights. I love watching/training with women when they give 100%. Pushes me to train harder.0 -

This. The sweatier the better - to hell with worrying about your hair and makeup when the most attractive thing you can do is carve yourself a better body.0 -
Oh my word...so THIS is how it feels to be the hottest woman alive. ROFLOL0

I think most of us women think we look our very worst at the gym. Especially when we are soaking wet from working out. Once I hit about 25 minutes in on cardio, I am literally wiping the sweat from my face, my neck and my chest every 30 seconds or so. If I'm too slow, it will drip off my face and onto the floor below the arc trainer and I hope nobody sees it! Then when I move onto strength training, my shirt ends up soaked on the back, under my boobs and on my chest. The only plus is that I know I don't stink! LOL0

Ohh wow.. Did not realize this is a potential hot look ... Haha ... I have it dripping off me ..0

I can say that I'm pretty sure this doesn't apply to all women- certainly not myself.
High blood pressure + Hyperhidrosis + being way overweight + having a killer workout = red faced, drenched and dripping sweat, hot (literally) mess.
Just in-case anyone is wondering: "Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis may sweat even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. Those with hyperhidrosis appear to have overactive sweat glands."0 -

Half the appeal is the women thinking it doesn't apply to them. If you're busting your *kitten* working out hard, it's hot.0 -
I had a guy tell me this. "Seeing you sweating at the gym makes me think of sex. I love hot and sweaty sex so seeing you like that while working out turns me on."0
-
Seeing a guy training hard & getting sweaty is kinda hot, so I'm not surprised that guys feel that way about us. I know my hubby like it when I've done a tough workout & I'm all 'salty'.
TMI?0 -

I'm not sure that it's the "sweaty woman" that creates the attraction, but the push, and the desire to attain a goal, and the will to keep in shape and get or stay healthy that makes the "sweaty gym woman" attractive.0 -
Well a woman sweating in the gym is far more hotter than a woman sweating over a Big Mac isn't it?0
-
~ I'm all about looking my best ... but my best doesn't mean being all " dolled up " at the gym ! There's a time and place for strutting your stuff ... the gym is all about the stuff that smells like hard work and drips down my back as I work even harder ! But ... I won't lie ... I never leave home without lipstick ! A little color never hurt anybody ... just makes me shine a little more ! LOL !0

This poor woman clearly has some worrisome medical condition! Every single sweat gland that is not on an exposed limb has shut down.
Bad stock photography FTW.0 -

You'd be wrong then
Its a mixture of hard work/desire to do well and no doubt pure sexual instinct of seeing a woman hot and sweaty that makes it a hot look.0
