5'4 136lb's anyone similar?? whats your goals??

I'm 5'5 and 167; I've had children and it's so much harder for me to lose. Well, my goal is to lose 20 lbs.0

I'm 5'4. Current weight is 174. I'm trying to get to 130.
I've been at my goal weight before, and smaller, so I know where I am most comfortable.0 -

they say that with a small frame you should weigh 114-127
medium 124-138
large 134-151
I graduated high school at 135lbs but then I gained 195lbs when I quit smoking over 12yrs ago replacing smoking with junk food/fast food
March 2009 i got on track and in 19 months I lost 156lbs, I got down to 176lbs
I gained some back with buying/selling houses but im getting back on track now
I have about 56lbs left to my goal of 160
After that (give or take if i get preggers) Ill work my way down to 140/150
But 160 is my goal for the moment0 -
hi, I am 5'3. I started out at 139 lbs and I am currently at 128. I am aiming for 125 maybe 120 but that would be like hoping to get may 16 year-old hips back (I have a baby too lol)0

I'm 5'4 and 130 (my starting weight was 165 after giving birth). Looking to lose either 15 or 20 more pounds (trying to go more by the tape measure rather than the scales).0

I am 43 years old, 5'4" and have 4 children, the last two were surprises and they are only 3 and 1. Having said that, I have gained a few lbs. I am currently at 162 and would like to be back down to 130. I was my healthiest at that weight. Good luck to you.0

5'3 & 136.6 atm. [Started at 170] Aiming for 130, then work on toning up, seeing if I end up liking how I look & go from there.0

I'm 5'3", started at 144 in late December. I'm now 131ish. Want to lose another 12 lbs ideally, making me around 120. It's slow going the last 10 lbs though! Boo!0

5'5 started at 160 and currently 133. I was as low as 125 a few months ago, but with strength training I weigh more and wear smaller clothes. My goal is to be able to bounce a quarter off my tush and not give a damn what the scale says.0

Smaller you are harder it gets since you don't have much fat left, don't let it get you down though just gotta keep on truckin0 -
I'm 5'4" and currently stuck at 137. Well, I've been going back and forth between 137 and 140 for the past two months. Trying hard to get down to around 125. I run and I have been using Jillian Michaels dvds. I just started P90X this past Monday.0

I am 5'4 and weigh 152lbs I could not see myself in the 130 range but I am also 50 so not sure if that makes a different. I will be happy at 140lbs.

Maybe it's the age but I have no urge to be scary skinny or size 0 anymore.
I'm 5'4 166 and aiming for 150.

I am 5'4" and was 135 giver or take about two months ago. I am 127 now. I do Bikram yoga everyday. I am not a calorie counter, but I am using the site to provide info to my doctor so we can determine some food allergies/intolerances. However I am loving it because of the message board. I am in school for my bs in health and wellness and becoming a certified health coach. Feel free to add me as a friend. I am going to start blogging and adding recipes.0

5' 4 and 3/4s 167 want to be at 135, when i was younger was 127 achieved that thru unhealthy habits and was told by my Dr i was too thin for my bone structure and muscle mass. I am proud you are at 136, keep up the good work!!0

Im almost 5'3" and 136 lbs. I want to be 125-130 toned. I have a big trunk, wide hips and very skinny legs so I will see where I am at 130 and toned. I had my 4th baby 2 yrs ago and my hips are too wide now so i have to be cautious. When I was younger my happy weight was 120.0

I am also 5'4 at 136, I have lost 3 lbs so far. My goal is 128, But I would love to be 120. But i will just be happy at 128 or so I tell myself. Remember if you are working out the scale might not be moving, but I just tried on mine jeans that i wore in January and they were loose. I feel much better about my weight loss now. I am also 49 and trying to get down to 120 is probably not going to happen but a girl can dream.0

TLC1975 - your story sounds so similar to mine, although my daughter is almost 4 and I was 210lbs at my heaviest before having her. I am 5'4" 139lbs. I have lost 23lbs in the past 5 months and I am concentrating on lowering my body fat % which is currently 26% down from 32% five months ago. I try not to get too hung up on a goal weight.0

When I read your topic I was like "5'4 136lbs"? That IS my goal! LOL!
That, except I'm 5'3"--on a tall day, and 136 would be perfectly dreamy.0 -

Hey all, I am 5'3 currently 166lbs. Ive always been bottom heavy. ( Mama blessed me you can say haha) and I think 135-140 would be a good weight for me. The lowest I have been was 150 back in high school. Anyone out there whos 140lbs and 5'3. I would like to know how it looks.!0
