For those that have asked, Rotel is a brand of tomatoes, usually containing green chili's. It comes in mild, medium and hot styles. You could just use canned, diced tomatoes and a seperate can of green chili's or just omit the spicy component all together! Once I made it without the Rotel and just used diced tomatoes and then I added Franks red hot for the spice.0

It sure sounds good, but I am not sure what rotel with green chilies is. I am from Canada and have never heard of it.
Here in the US it is kept in the same aisle as the tomato sauce for pastas.0 -
