Butt Bible Results !

  • I used to do the workout on comcast but then they took it out :( Seeing someone's actual results makes me want to buy the DVD because then I know it works now. I have a question though. How are you supposed to do the workout? I know there are levels 1, 2, 3 for both lower and upper but do you change levels the everyday? Or do you do the same level for a week, then change? How many levels are you supposed to do a day? Do your legs get bulky/muscley-looking and does your butt become hard since it would be all muscles?

  • So I finally came back after a short period of studying for my law school entrance exam, and I'm finally ready to post result pictures from doing the Butt Bible Workout. I don't have a long story, honestly, I just have always been bottom heavy even though I'm 5'1 and 115 lbs. Well guess what, the butt bible transformed my butt ! I'm still working out as I have a few more weeks to go, but here are some results pix. Yes, they are pictures of my butt; however, I am in a bathing suit. The space next to it is blank because I'm waiting to put up week 4 and week 6. sooo here we goooooo ....

    as you can tell in the first week, i had a dimple in my butt cheek (lol) saddle bags , jiggly thighs, and a saggy butt.. and week 3 the dimple has disappeared and my saddle bags have gone down, and my butt has LIFTED! Success!

    Awesome! I cant wait to see my results!

    I bought this right before they shut down the ExerciseTV site, but I never downloaded the plan, and I'm starting it in 2 weeks when I'm done with Ripped in 30. I did find the schedule on a challenge site, though. Weeks 1&2: Day 1 - upper body, Day 2 - lower body, Day 3 - cardio (not the dvd), Day 4 - upper body, Day 5 - lower body, Day 6 - cardio, Day 7 - REST, then you do the same for weeks 3&4 and 5&6.

    I don't expect my butt to look as great as yours, but anything is better than nothing! :smile:
