I'm 5'3 and currently at 217. My goal is 160 and then I will see from there how much further I should go. I am large build with a heavy upper and big booty, so I will probably ultimately stay around 140.0

I am just under 5'3" and my ultimate goal is 120-125. I had my first child one yr ago next week. And, I am 6.6 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight.

i'm 5'4" and am currently at 190. Like many who have already posted, I have a medium build and am top heavy. I've been athletic all of my life, so am plagued or blessed (take your pick) by being heavier than I look. My goal weight is 155.0

Great question! It was so good to read all the responses too! I am 5'5", but solid. What I am "supposed to be" and what looks healthy on me is totally different. I have a big frame and get boney at 190...except for the legs and butt. My optimal goal is 175.0

I'm 5'3 1/2 as of my doctor's appointment yesterday. I have a T-frame, so big shoulders and chest and small hips, booty and legs. I tend to carry all my weight from my belly up. At my appointment yesterday (after my BMI analysis) the doc said I should shoot for 115-125. I actually have two goals set for myself. First is to get to 150 which is what I was when I got married 9 years ago. That will put me in a size 5/7. My second goal is to get to 125-130 where I hope to be able to maintain0

I'm 5'5 I started off at 147 ( the most I've been) and now I'm at 126. Which was goal but I'm not that happy hoping I can go down to 120. Does anyone think 118 as 5'5 would look? :S

5-3 and a half ...lol I do like the .5 when i type it in the BMI Calculator .. Well I weight 192 and I am 41. I would like to lose 40 lbs and run a 10K in the summer. My goal is to not huff and puff when I climb stairs (the eleven steps to my office) every day, or my thighs not to rub when I run. Most of you know what I am talking about how your shorts gather between your thighs and bunches up, I don't like that...lol ..0

I'm 5' 4 1/4" (the 1/4 is very important ;-). I'm shooting for 147 which is what I weighed for most of my life. I'm in a 10/12 at that weight and I can maintain it without making myself crazy. Plus at that weight I am strong and fit.0

Hey-o! I am 5'5" (and 1/2, on a good day) and started around 150. I think 135 is a good weight for my frame, where I'll look good while still being healthy, and reasonable to maintain without a 7-day/week crazy workout schedule. I'm aiming a little high (low?) in the hopes that I'll be around 130 at my wedding in August, but plan to try and maintain 135ish after the big day.0

Hi. I'm 5'5", 41, and i just started MFP, too. I'm a Slooooooooow runner. I STILL huff and puff, but it does get better. I started running when I turned 39 and have done 3 half marathons. Seems like I can get the exercise thing down or the diet thing- but not both! I found Hal Higdon.com to be really helpful for training. I'm 164 and would like to be 150.?.0

I'm 5'6 and my initial goal is 180. I'm 302 now. I would love to lose 40 there after and gain back 25 lbs in muscle through definition and toning.0

i'm 5'4, currently 151lbs and I wear my weight well between 130-135lbs. Anything lower than 130lbs doesn't look good on me and my body really fights to get back to the 130's.0

I'm 5'5 and, I'm at 245 and hoping to get back to where I was at around 140 to 145 then I'll be happy. I'm so bad at excersing so today I just started to doing the Kinect Adventures for about 45 minutes,figured I'll work my way upto more strenous things but it really took a lot out of me!! Any motivational people would be a real blessing I am so bad at sticking with dieting and excersing!!0
