Hmmmmm, no cottage cheese in the house, wonder if it might be yummy with a frozen banana blended in instead...... Less protein, but maybe yummy? Guess I'll find out later.....

sounds good, but too many calories for me
You can also sub the milk with Silk almond milk (35 calories per 8 oz.)
I've mentioned many times that this makes a HUGE smoothie. It's massively filling and when I make a whole batch it is a complete meal replacement for me. If you want less calories you can cut the recipe in half and it's still very filling.0 -
