    Drinking lemon water each day helped me get rid of some water bloat!!!

    SW - 187.8 lbs (Wednesday Feb 1)
    Week 1 - 190 lbs (Wednesday Feb 8 ) *gain
    Week 2 - 187 lbs (Wednesday Feb 15) *loss of 3 lbs. Back to my starting weight!

    I am really not happy with this week's weigh in result. I read a few threads on the forum that had to do with your exercise calories. I decided to actually go ahead and eat all of my exercise calories this past week based on what I had read. The result was .2 pounds lost. Really?!? WTF! I am not happy, it seems like I wasted an entire week! Granted, I was not hungry at all, but .2 pounds, that really sucks and is not getting me any closer to my goal. I am going to give it one more week before I totally condemn the idea of eating my exercise calories. If I don't see anything more significant than I did this week I will go back to not eating the exercise calories. Only 2 weeks to go and 8 pounds or so left to lose in the challenge, it is not looking good for losing 10 pounds this month!
