    again people there is no quick fix you have got to put in THE WORK to get results, so stop your whining and just do it, and yes your going to have to sweat,it will never happen overnight and there will be pain but it is doable.

    Awesome story! I totally get the pressure of being thin because we're Asian. I visited Japan and Taiwan, and at both places, I felt fat because the clothes they were selling were so small. For me, only a 'large' or 'extra large' would fit and I was only 125lbs. I was told Hong Kong was worse. They have double and triple zeros sizes.
