don't like mayo so tend to mix tinned tuna with some extra light philidelphia to make a tuna-mayo like consistency for wraps etc

Take part of the asparagus and puree it and then chop the rest and add that to your tuna with a little chopped garlic and use the puree in place of mayo.0

Broccoli, low fat cheddar, a little lemon juice, and add tuna - microwave for 20 seconds - so good!
You can also add cilantro, lime, and black beans

Mix tuna with chick peas (garbanzos), diced fresh tomato, red wine vinegar and a little italian seasoning. Sometimes I'll add celery for crunch.0
