@Mainey - I am eating just about all of my exercise calories daily. Granted, I have only been doing it for 2 weeks now, so I can't give you a whole lot of feedback on whether or not it works long term. The first week I lost .2 pounds. The second week I lost 3.3 pounds. I have tried to lose weight many times over the years. My preferred weight loss method was Weight Watchers, and it did work. The problem was I found myself hungry often and easily tired out which did not lend itself to wanting to work out. I can say without a doubt that I have not been hungry these past two weeks and it has made a huge difference in my day to day outlook towards continuing to eat right and exercise.
It doesn't look like I'm going to reach my goal of 193.4 and the (190) simply makes me laugh at this point! Guess I was a little too optimistic with my outlook at the beginning of the month. But that's O.K., I will join the March challenge and take it one week at a time! One day at a time for that matter! Good luck to all of you!0 -
