everyone should eat NAKD bars- 100% raw :) sooooooooo delicious

    Really...
I've become addicted to Cliff bars and they're usually placed right next to them.
Are they organic? I think I'll give them a try.

Cheese. Any kind will do, but mostly I eat cheddar.

Nuts. Again, any kind will do... but I usually go for almonds.

Sensible Portions - Garden Veggie Straws. Now, this isn't the healthiest choice, but it satisfies my "crunchy & salty" cravings.

Honey on toasted whole wheat bread. This has been my favorite since I was a kid.

Banana shake (banana + milk only, no sugar or any other ingredient)

Tablespoon of honey with 2 roasted almonds. My mom used to make us kids eat it when we were little for brain power (from almonds) and to raise our immunity system (via honey). Who knew healthy food could be so delicious!

Sunflower Seeds. There are so many yummy flavors too - bacon, dill, ranch, sweet chili, Italian... Thank God I have naturally low blood pressure and my physician doesn't discourage salt.
