Honey on toasted whole wheat bread. This has been my favorite since I was a kid.
Banana shake (banana + milk only, no sugar or any other ingredient)
Tablespoon of honey with 2 roasted almonds. My mom used to make us kids eat it when we were little for brain power (from almonds) and to raise our immunity system (via honey). Who knew healthy food could be so delicious!0 -
Yoghurt, peanut butter and chocolate (just 1 piece though )0

Im just going on memorie for the calories but I am pretty sure its right
SAVOURY
^ Sun rice square rice cakes with a bit of vegimite spread on it (22 cal)
^ ryvita crispbread (35 cal )
^ cracked pepper vita wheat ( 2 crackers = 42 cals )
SWEET
..... marshmallows (21 cal each)
after dinner mint chocolate slice (40 cal)
turkish delight ( 5 cal per 1 gr )0 -
Wasa flatbread with roasted red pepper hummus and some cherry chia kombucha.0

Sunflower Seeds. There are so many yummy flavors too - bacon, dill, ranch, sweet chili, Italian... Thank God I have naturally low blood pressure and my physician doesn't discourage salt.0

1/2 a serving Pepperidge Farm Baked Naturals Wheat Crisp - Toasted Wheat with 2 tablespoons of fat free cream cheese and a tablespoon of reduced sugar strawberry spread. 120 calories.0

Currently Fage Total 0% fat Greek yoghurt with loads of blueberries or whatever fresh fruit I have. It's so creamy and low in calories so a great filling snack or dessert0

Kroger carbmaster yogurt - sometimes with a 1/4 cup of lowfat granola
2oz roast beef with 1oz of swiss cheese
pistachios (If I manage to hide them good enough from my hubby to actually get some!)

Energy Bite Recipe
1 cup dry oats (oatmeal)
1/2 cup PB (or any butter you (sunflower seed butter, almond butter etc.)
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup Carob chips
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flaxseed (powder or whole)
** you can add 1/2 coconut flakes if you want **
Mix ingredients together in bowl, chill in fridge for an hour, then press into balls.
Yields 20-25 balls.

I've snacked on nori chips. It's what seaweed is wrapped in but toasted. I's slightly salty, crispy and available in hot Wasabi mustard flavor. I think it's Chung brand. You could make it at home if you purchase a pkg of sheets and hold one over a low-medium flame.

Greek yogurt with fruit. I LOVE it, and it keeps me full for a while.
Oh, but that has fruit, haha. Well, the Greek yogurt can go with other things, too. I also put some cereal with it, because I like cereal with yogurt better than I do milk.0 -
