Yes hexrey there are fatter and weaker muscles. Muscles with fat insertions and big masses of muscles with no or little strength.
"leaner, stronger muscles"? I'm sorry, are there fat, weak muscles?

Saving this to read over and over

I'm struggling to lose right now, I've been on a plateu since September and I've finally decided after reading many articles and posts that I should try eating more.

Weights gone up this week and this is suposed to be normal at first but I'm not giving up.

Giving up is not an option.

Why 8 glasses of water? Where does this figure come from and why is it the same for everyone, regardless of their size or level of activity. Can someone point me to the valid science that shows 8 glasses of water is a valid level of hydration for everyone.

Here's a nice blurb on the water. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/water/NU00283
