Saving this to read over and over
I'm struggling to lose right now, I've been on a plateu since September and I've finally decided after reading many articles and posts that I should try eating more.
Weights gone up this week and this is suposed to be normal at first but I'm not giving up.

Why 8 glasses of water? Where does this figure come from and why is it the same for everyone, regardless of their size or level of activity. Can someone point me to the valid science that shows 8 glasses of water is a valid level of hydration for everyone.0
