    Pistachios
    String cheese
    Almonds
Jello Temptations Chocolate Mouse (In freezer, taste like chocolate ice cream 60 cals)

Ok, so a few things I LOVE to snack on...
a jack links beef steak and reduced fat string cheese
    marshmellows(they have different flavors)
veggie straws(37 of them are a serving)
1/2 a serving of cheese puffs
if I'm doing something a little sassy...

    18 sweet tart hearts
    25 reeses pieces
    23 almond joy bites
    lime cactus michalob(95 calories)

In my opinion, if you can't have fun with this, then what's the point? It's all about portion control, because if you want to be successful in maintainence, you need to learn the portions of the foods you're going to want or crave later
  • String Cheese
1/4 cup of raw almonds mixed with some dried cranberries
rice cake with peanut butter (my fave after workout snack)
hummus with pretzel crisps and carrots
    Nature Valley Granola Thins
    popcorn
    goldfish crackers in parmesean
    wheat thins

I just couldn't make it without them. Although I usually toss in some strawberries or half a banana to make it a full bowl to replace my ice cream cravings

One thing that helps me with my salty/crunch cravings is roasted chickpeas.

You rinse and pat dry a can, mix it up with a little olive oil and whatever spices (2 cloves of garlic, some lemon juice, salt and pepper is my current favorite). You spread them out on a greased baking sheet and put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 450 degrees. At 15 minutes I like to flip them over. So tasty and super customizable!

I have a dehydrator and make homemade beef jerky. I use very lean inside round beef or turkey and add no sugar or salt. Just spices. It is great for protein and when eaten in moderation is not fattening at all.

Also sugar free jell-o is a good one with some blueberries, sliced strawberries and things in it.
  • organic almond butter granola bar
