    1. Water (10-12)- Done
    2. Burn an extra 300 calories today- Done
    3. Keep eating fairly clean- Not bad
    4. Wash face before bed. (BTW- so far only missed one night :) fell asleep in recliner.- Done

    Welcome everyone! Love this challenge! You all have wonderful goals and are meeting them which is even better! Keep up the great work! My grands (4 and 2) are coming over this afternoon and spending the night. I am excited. They have to get use to being here overnight as they will be spending two separate weeks with us this summer. :) Have a fabulous day!

    4. Pay bills!

    Hi! I am Theresa and I need day to day challenges. I think this is a great idea! My goals for TODAY are:

    1. Drink all 8 cups of water
    2. Laundry
    3. Vacuum/Dust
    4. Clean MY ROOM!!!
    5. Clean Floors
    6. Do Your Shape Fitness 30 mins.
    7. Stay within Calorie limits
    8. Plan food for week

    I know, this sounds more like a To-Do list but, it's still goals, right?? :-)

    5. Start reading book for book club

    Good morning everyone!

    Last week was pretty rough, traveling to the office all week for training, lugging computer equiptment back and forth every day and finishing my work nights later than the norm. i saw my personal trainer and he was pleased with my results. I had lost 1/2 lb on the scale.... but better news, I lost 2 1/2 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of lean mass. My scale at home shows my weight a little lower and that is the scale I am using to record my results. I must prefer my 5 am weight to my afternoon weight.

    Anyway, my meal plans got tweeked because I will be traveling to Ohio for work for part of the week, so I am testing out my travel menu today. I picked up a protein drink shaker mug, I know it is not going to be the same as using my blender, but if it is tolerable, I can deal with it for a few days.

    My goals for today

    do laundry
    find clothes that look business like and fit me nice for travel in my closet (at this point I will be happy to see what fits)
    pack my suitcase
    register for my flight
    to not stress out.... I really am not looking forward to this trip this year.

    After going thru my closet and trying on lots and lots of clothes, I was able to come up with 3 nice outfits for the trip. I cant believe that my previous weight gain mostly settled in my chest and stomach. I would find a pair of pants that looked great and then the matching top would be too tight. Laundry is almost done, suitcase is mostly packed....I checked in for the airport, paid the suitcase fee, packed my computer. And I stayed on track with my meal plan and got my water in. It was basically a good day.

    My goals for Sunday

    To stop at the bank so that I have some spending money for the trip to Ohio.
    To make and pack my lunch for the airport
    To not stress or stress eat.
    To not get upset when the alarms go off at the airport because of my knee replacements and spinal fusion.
    To not eat any airport food.... gonna get a hot coffee or bottled water to go along with my lunch.
    To remember to ask for no sauces on my grilled chicken and to ask for steamed veggies at the restaurant.

    Not sure if I will have time to check in while I am away....but will check in on wednesday evening and let you know how my trip went.

    2. Swim 3000 yards- 3150... my longest length since starting this journey
    3. Grocery shopping- survived costco without eating any of the samples!
    4. Finish homework- email my major assignments to my professor and working on the smaller ones now
    5. Clean house since guests are coming over tomorrow.- cleaned kitchen and vacuumed whole house

    Goals for 2/19
    1. Drink 10 glasses of water
    2. Finish small homework assignments
    3. Laundry
    4. Enjoy spending time with friends that are coming over

    Hi everyone, my name is Diane, I'm 51 years old. I've never had a weight problem until I got in my later years. Working & not making time for myself. So now I've decided it's time for me. I've lost about 36 lbs. since joining mfp but then hurt my achilles tendon - very painful. I am happy to have found you all. A Day by Day challenge - I love it.

    My goals for today, Monday, Feb 20:

    1. Drink 8 cups of water.
    2. Log everything.
    3. Workout at least 1 1/2 hours today.
    4. Re-evaluate my weight-loss goals.
    5. Start to take it one day at a time.

    1. Drink 10 glasses of water- 9 so far and will have at least one more before bed
    2. Finish small homework assignments- got some of them done, but not all
    3. Laundry- DONE!!!! also part of why the homework is not done
    4. Enjoy spending time with friends that are coming over- got to see my "nephew" and had lots of laughs with friends

    Goals for 2/20
    1. Drink 10 glasses of water
    2. Finish homework
    3. Stay positive for my grandpa's surgery- he has an abdominal anuerism (sp?) and just turned 79 last monday
    4. Log all food and make good food choices

    I didn't get here all weekend and I do wish I had. It was very stressful and it showed in my eating--though I did get a lot of walking done!
    New week, fresh start!'

    Goals for Feb. 20:
    1. Lots of water!
    2. Stay in my goals.
    3. Get my walks done--2 miles.

    I will try to catch up later.

    Do 60 min of exercise

    My name is Audra and I did MFP a while ago and lost 75 pounds, but after a rough pregnancy and a rough few years of having the baby, I am ready to get back into it.

    I do good all day and then lose my will power at night time.

    My goals for today are:
    Drink over 100 ounces
    Work out for 45 min
    No eating after dinner!!!!!

    Hi everyone. This seems like a good idea. I've been using MFP for over a year now. I've lost some of my motivation, so I'm going to try this and see if I can gain momentum again with my weight loss. I eat well during the day - I just really struggle when I go home and start snacking on junk food in the house.

    My goals today (2/20):
    1- Brave the cold weather and take Zoe (my pup) for a walk.
    2- Burn 300 calories doing Wii Zumba.
    3- Limit my after-dinner snacking.

    1. Drink 8 cups of water. Did 5, hope to make it tomorrow
    2. Log everything. :)
    3. Workout at least 1 1/2 hours today. Did 1 hour & 15
    4. Re-evaluate my weight-loss goals. :)
