    Carrot sticks with hommus/rice crackers

2 lite cruskits with avocado and tomato (sometimes add ham or egg to this too. 4 cruskits and it's lunch!)

30gm of light cheese (with cherry tomatoes or a carrot).

    Gluten free museli bar

Butter and vegemite cruskits x2 when I'm super busy

Green tea with 2 squares of chocolate/dark chocolate (dessert snack)

    Soy Latte with vanilla/hazelnut

tsp peanut butter and glass of milk

    Kitkat (dessert snack)

    Snacks Tried and Yummy:

8 whole wheat 'light' crackers with 2 Kraft fat-free singles

1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt (Greek is yummy), strawberries (yes, this is fruit), and 2 tbsp granola

1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt sweetened with 1/2 tbsp Billy Bee's honey

1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt (yes, I love yogurt)

3 cups air-popped plain popcorn (so cool to make under a clear lid!)

1/4 - 1/3 cup trail mix - cashews, almonds, pistachios, sunflower/pumpkin seeds, and peanuts, unsalted

2 tsp nestle chocolate syrup in 1 cup 2% milk

Snacks I am going to try:

    cashew butter

    homemade frozen yogurt

Lovin my shelled pistachios, mini bag of low fat kettle corn (veggie, but just popped :) ) also love the GNC Meal replacement shake, high protein and has additional vitamins and nutrients and no lactose. Also excited the the Natures own double fiber wheat bread is back on my 'good list' and add peanut butter and sugar free strawberry smuckers! yum!!

Pumpkin seeds, in the shell. Out of the shell they're okay but I like em whole. Of course they're crazy salty so if sodium is a worry, not a good option.

Also Clif bars. If I forget to bring my lunch or get pressed for time and can't stop somewhere for dinner, one of those gets me by for a few hours.
