    very slow week. On holiday next week so recording weight a day early.

    SW - 204.6lbs (Wednesday Feb 1)

    Should be a good challenge, not to put on any weight and hopefully still lose some.

    Yay! Lost 8.7lbs so far this month, another 1.3lbs to go. I think I can do this, I am so close to losing 10lbs!!

    Went AWOL in Jan, missed the start of Feb but I have a wedding to attend in April so need to get back with the program!
